What are the shipping costs?

The shipping cost is in Italy is € 5.50 up to 1 kg

Delivery on orders over € 50 is free.

Is the shipping cost higher if I order more products?

The amount is € 5.50 for a quantity of products that does not exceed the weight of 1 kg.

Deliveries to Venice Lagoon and the smaller islands have a supplement of € 16.00

We also deliver to Livigno and Campione d'Italia with a supplement of € 40.00 (+ customs fees)

When will my order arrive?

In central-northern Italy: 2-3 working days.

In southern Italy in general and in the larger islands: 2-5 working days.

There are no deliveries during the weekend and on public holidays.

Who will deliver the order?

The delivery of the products purchased in our online store is carried out as soon as possible and depends on the availability of the items. We will deliver the products to the address through the GLS delivery service that you declared at the time of registration or during the purchase procedure. We recommend specifying the address where you will be available in the morning. We also advise you to write a mobile number where you are available in the morning as the courier will be able to call you and organize the delivery method.
